Traffic is our online point of sale system which enables you to send customer proposals directly through to underwriting. With Traffic you have access to live management reporting, including up to date payouts and proposal statuses.
By using Traffic to send business through to IM Financial Services Leisure, you benefit from quicker turnaround times, enabling you to concentrate on the all important customer sale. As Traffic has been developed and is maintained by our in-house Web Development Team, we have complete flexibility and continually update the functionality to enhance the system for its users. From a usability point of view, it is very straight forward and convenient to use and you’ll soon get the hang of it.As well as the new website, Traffic is another way in which we will communicate with our dealers, so look out for news and promotions on the Traffic homepage.

Traffic Training / Technical Assistance
Training is available for Traffic users at any time. To arrange a training or refresher session, contact your Account Manager or a member of the Operations Team at Chester.
If you experience any technical problems with the Traffic system, require a password refresh or additional log ins, this can be done at any time by contacting a member of the Operations Team at Chester. The team is on hand seven days a week to deal with any enquiries.
